Project Head

As an experienced professional in the real estate and construction industry with a focus on ultra-luxury residential projects, you will have the opportunity to work with a large conglomerate known for delivering high-quality products and solutions in a professional and structured working environment. Role Overview: You will be responsible for design governance and aesthetic management of both external and internal aspects of high-end luxury bungalows and farmhouses. This includes overseeing architectural concepts, structural designs, MEP layouts, internal fit-outs, external architectural systems, and ensuring strict adherence to quality and timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and review architectural concepts, structural designs, and MEP layouts for high-end luxury bungalows and farmhouses. - Oversee complex high-end internal fit-outs, including bespoke Italian marble cladding, automated HVAC layouts, advanced home automation systems, custom millwork, and premium kitchen/wardrobe systems. - Govern sophisticated external architectural systems, such as structural glazing, custom facades, high-end fenestration, and premium roofing solutions. - Drive master planning and civil site development for multi-acre luxury country houses and private estates. - Direct the execution of extensive site infrastructure, including high-security boundary systems, internal road networks, and monumental gates. - Oversee hardscape and softscape engineering, including swimming pools, water bodies, and specialized landscape lighting grids. - Lead and mentor internal teams including Design Team, Civil Engineering Team, and Projects/Operations Team. - Manage external consultants, structural experts, design consultants, and trade contractors. - Take accountability for project budgets, cash flow forecasting, cost control, and value engineering practices. - Establish project micro-schedules, enforce quality control processes, and ensure compliance with safety standards. - Secure necessary approvals from local bodies and ensure compliance with regulations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. - Certifications in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management are highly advantageous. - 15-20 years of experience in real estate/construction, with 7-10 years dedicated to ultra-luxury residential sector. - Strong knowledge of building bylaws, premium finishing materials, and structural engineering. - Familiarity with design review platforms and project tracking systems. - Excellent stakeholder management skills and proven track record of handling high-stress delivery timelines.
