Job Description Lead end-to-end implementation of Zoho applications (Recruit, CRM, People, Desk, Creator, Analytics, Flow, and more). Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable workflows and automations. Configure modules, approval workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations. Drive data migration, system adoption, and user training. Partner with stakeholders to improve processes and eliminate manual work. Manage implementation timelines, risks, and project milestones. Ensure data integrity, governance, and continuous platform optimization. The Successful Applicant 10 - 12 years of experience in Zoho implementation, business systems, or enterprise application management. Hands-on expertise with multiple Zoho products and workflow automation. Experience with Deluge scripting, APIs, integrations, and process design is a plus. Strong project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
