Provide excellent customer support for our educational ERP software. 2. Address client queries and issues efficiently via on-site visits, phone, email, and chat. 3. Ensure timely resolution of technical and non-technical issues. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions. Graduate from any stream and working knowledge of IT. 2. 13 years of experience in ERP or customer support is preferred. 3. Prior experience with school ERP software will be an added advantage. 4. Ability to work independently and handle customer concerns professionally. 5. Basic knowledge of IT and AI is essential. Salary Probation: Duration: 3 months Salary during probation: 15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers) After probation: Annual CTC: 3,25,000 - 4,05,000 /year Annual CTC breakup: 1. Fixed Compensation: 3,00,000 - 3,60,000 /year 2.
