About the role
Role Overview: As a Frontend Lead specializing in React, your main responsibility will be to develop, test, and deploy frontend components using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), Redux, and TypeScript. You will collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to build scalable and maintainable solutions. It will also be your duty to optimize applications for performance and cross-browser compatibility. Writing clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices will be essential. Additionally, you will participate in peer code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently in a hybrid work setup will also be part of your role.
