About the role
Role & responsibilities : Application Support: Maintain 24/7 uptime for critical web applications and middleware. Incident Management: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve L2/L3 production environment issues. System Automation: Write and optimize scripts to automate routine tasks. Database Support: Query databases to analyze data discrepancies and run health checks. Deployments & Patches: Execute application builds, hotfixes, and server configuration changes. Preferred candidate profile: Middleware: Hands-on experience managing Apache, Tomcat, and IBM WebSphere. OS & Scripting: Strong Linux administration skills with proficiency in Shell Scripting. Need to have very strong linux command skills and its usages. Databases: Solid knowledge of SQL queries and PostgreSQL database management. Problem Solving: Proven track record in log analysis and rapid issue resolution. Flexibility: Ability to work in shifts and handle high-pressure production deployments.
