Technical Staff - Test Engineering

Work closely with both test operation test engineering (ATE) and new product introduction (DFT) teams Develop, debug, simulate and validate manufacturing test vectors and test programs Writing scripts used to develop test programs/vectors/data Document new product test plans, test flows and hardware Perform yield improvement and test time reduction Support continuous innovation in test development, rollout, product quality and cost Support manufacturing sort and test operation teams on both onshore and offshore test facilities Ability to work independently under high pressure and flexibility working in a dynamic environment Communicate with other disciplines in the organization Key values, beliefs, and attitudes Initiative (self-motivated, self-confident, self-driven, self-learning, always striving for excellence) Commitment (responsible, responsive, commit to winning) Solid functional and technical skills Work quality ("do it right the first time", attention to detail, good documentation)
