Policy Implementation and Monitoring on Palo Alto Firewalls: Knowledgeable in creating and managing security rules, NAT policies, URL filtering, and Application-ID, as well as performing log analysis using Palo Alto Panorama or CLI. Aware of resolving escalated wireless network issues, performing basic troubleshooting, and supporting configuration changes under supervision, while collaborating with senior engineers to learn advanced Cisco WLAN operations, maintain documentation, and ensure smooth network performance. Aware of handling escalated cases involving web proxy and secure internet access, assisting in troubleshooting connectivity, authentication, and policy enforcement issues, while collaborating with senior engineers to apply configuration changes, maintain detailed logs, and ensure the secure and efficient operation of Zscaler services. Communicates clearly, concisely, and professionally across all levels of interaction. Works efficiently within cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment during issue resolution. Handles escalations effectively by providing comprehensive analysis, relevant logs, and detailed observations to higher-level teams, enabling faster and more accurate resolution. Supervises junior employees, ensures delivery quality and standards adherence, and supports onboarding, training, and stakeholder coordination.
