Basic Panorama Administration Skilled in device onboarding, centralized policy push, and log monitoring using Panorama in multi-firewall environments. VPN Setup and Troubleshooting Competent in establishing and supporting IPSec and GlobalProtect VPN configurations, including tunnel monitoring and resolving Phase 1/2 negotiation failures. Azure Network Fundamentals Proficient in managing VNets, NSGs, and basic hybrid connectivity (VPN Gateway), along with monitoring network traffic using Azure Network Watcher. Communicates clearly, concisely, and professionally across all levels of interaction. Works efficiently within cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment during issue resolution. Handles escalations effectively by providing comprehensive analysis, relevant logs, and detailed observations to higher-level teams, enabling faster and more accurate resolution.
