Knowledgeable in configuring and managing Fortigate Firewall policies, NAT rules, and basic security features, while monitoring logs and assisting in troubleshooting under guidance. Aware of supporting GlobalProtect VPN operations, including user onboarding, basic configuration changes, and troubleshooting connectivity issues under guidance. Aware of assisting in Palo Alto Firewall operations, including rulebase changes, NAT configurations, and basic threat prevention monitoring under guidance.
