Engineer - Field Services

We are looking for a skilled Engineer to join our team in the Field Services department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and excellent problem-solving skills. Roles and Responsibility Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
