Lead - Incident Management ( SM2 )

Designation: Lead-Incident Management Location: 2300 Lakeview Parkway, Suite 700, Alpharetta, Georgia 30009 Duration: Permanent position, Full Time, Mon - Fri, 40 hours per week. Microland Limited is in need of Lead ? Incident Management to work in Atlanta, GA and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Lead ? Incident Management Initiate & manage IT projects for code & network fixes within operational technology network domain. Liaise with cross functional teams & guide work of technical staff in delivering solution support/enhancements on Cloud platforms using SCADA Systems, SSL, TCP/IP Networking, vSphere, SharePoint, VMware, Power Apps, BGP, Active Directory, Agile Methodologies. Identify project risks & evaluate business impact at each project stage to support customization/operational needs. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering or IT or IS plus 2 years experience in job offered or as Analyst or Engineer or Project Lead or Manager. Prior work experience must include 2 years experience in SCADA Systems, SSL, TCP/IP Networking, vSphere, SharePoint, VMware, Power Apps, BGP, Active Directory, Agile Methodologies.
