About the role
As a senior Network Transformation Leader, your role will involve driving large-scale network modernization and transformation programs across enterprise customers globally. You will be the technology authority for network transformation initiatives, guiding customers towards modern, software-defined, cloud-connected, secure, and automated infrastructures. Your responsibilities will include partnering with customers, OEMs, sales teams, architects, and delivery organizations to shape transformation roadmaps, architect future-state environments, and govern the execution of strategic network programs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end network transformation engagements covering assessment, design, migration, modernization, and operationalization. - Define transformation roadmaps for enterprise, campus, branch, cloud, and security architectures. - Advise customers on future-state network operating models aligned with business objectives. - Drive adoption of software-defined and cloud-centric networking technologies. - Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, Infrastructure Leaders, and Network Architects. - Conduct executive workshops, transformation assessments, and roadmap discussions. - Provide technology leadership during customer pursuits, RFP responses, and strategic programs. - Review and govern network architecture decisions across transformation programs. - Define reference architectures, migration strategies, and transformation blueprints. - Ensure alignment between network, cloud, security, and digital workplace initiatives. - Lead transformation initiatives involving SD-WAN, SASE, Security Service Edge, Zero Trust Networking, Cloud Networking, Network Automation, AIOps, and Observability Platforms. - Govern large-scale network transformation programs across multiple geographies. - Manage technical risks, dependencies, architecture compliance, and transformation milestones. - Partner with OEMs and technology teams to introduce new services and transformation offerings. - Identify emerging trends and drive innovation through automation, analytics, AI-enabled operations, and modern network engineering practices. Required Experience: - 18+ years of experience in Enterprise Networking, Network Security, and Infrastructure Transformation. - Proven track record leading large-scale network transformation programs. - Strong experience designing and modernizing global enterprise network environments. - Experience working directly with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders. - Demonstrated success driving strategic transformation initiatives across complex environments. Technical Expertise: - Core Networking: Routing & Switching, Enterprise WAN, Campus Networking, Wireless Networking, Load Balancing, Data Center Networking. - Security & Access: Firewalls, VPN Technologies, Zero Trust Architecture, Secure Access Solutions, Network Segmentation. - Cloud & Hybrid Networking: Azure Networking, AWS Networking, Hybrid Connectivity, Multi-Cloud Architecture, Cloud Security Integration. - Deep expertise across leading technology ecosystems: Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Aruba, F5, Check Point, VMware. Preferred Qualifications: - CCIE / CCNP Enterprise certification. - Palo Alto, Fortinet, or equivalent security certifications. - Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP). - TOGAF or Enterprise Architecture certifications.
