Senior Administrator - Digital Network ( SD2 )

Location: Bangalore Experience: 3–6 Years Shift: Rotational 24×7 Role Overview We are looking for a Network Engineer (L2) with strong fundamentals in routing, switching, and firewall technologies. The candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day network operations, troubleshooting issues, and supporting enterprise network environments in a 24×7 rotational shift model . Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve L2-level network incidents (routing, switching, firewall-related issues) Monitor network performance and ensure high availability Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewall solutions, primarily FortiGate Work with FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer for centralized management and monitoring Implement and support Cisco Wireless and Cisco Viptela SD-WAN solutions Coordinate with L1/L3 teams and vendors for issue resolution Perform basic analysis of logs and network behavior Participate in 24×7 rotational shifts , including night shifts and weekends Technical Skills Required Hands-on experience with: FortiGate FortiManager/ FortiAnalyzer Cisco Wireless LAN Controller Cisco Viptela SD-WAN Routing & Switching Strong knowledge of firewall technologies (candidates with Palo Alto or Check Point experience can be considered, but Fortinet is preferred) Networking Fundamentals Strong understanding of: Routing & Switching TCP/IP, VLANs, STP Routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP basics) Certifications CCNA – Mandatory NSE 4 or CCNP – Preferred Good to Have Exposure to network monitoring tools Basic understanding of network security concepts Experience in enterprise or multi-site environments Soft Skills Strong troubleshooting and analytical mindset Ability to work under pressure in a 24×7 environment Clear communication with teams and stakeholders Location: Bangalore Experience: 3–6 Years Shift: Rotational 24×7 Role Overview We are looking for a Network Engineer (L2) with strong fundamentals in routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
