You will collaborate with Level 1 and Level 2 administrators, drive innovation, and ensure the Nexthink platform delivers actionable insights for enhancing the digital experience of our organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Nexthink Platform Architecture: - Lead the strategic planning and design of the Nexthink platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. - Implement high-availability, redundancy, and scalability solutions. - Oversee complex platform migrations and upgrades. 2. Advanced Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: - Investigate and resolve complex and critical digital experience issues. - Collaborate with Level 2 administrators and provide expert-level support. 3. Customization and Development: - Develop and maintain advanced custom Nexthink modules, probes, scripts, and integrations to extend platform functionality. - Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new features and enhancements. 4. Data Analytics and Insights: - Utilize advanced data analysis and machine learning techniques to derive actionable insights from Nexthink data. - Create advanced dashboards, reports, and predictive analytics for digital experience optimization. 5. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: - Maintain comprehensive documentation of Nexthink configurations, changes, and best practices. - Mentor and train junior administrators, sharing expertise and best practices. 6. Strategic Planning: - Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align Nexthink strategies with organizational objectives. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations for Nexthink enhancements.
