Technology Manager - Digital Network & Security ( WL1 )

Stakeholder Management and Technical Leadership: Serve as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues, collaborate with OEMs (Cisco TAC, Partners), manage stakeholder expectations, and guide SME/Admin teams through proactive mentorship and delivery assurance. Drives strategic direction and governance for service delivery across multiple accounts or domains, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and alignment with organizational objectives. Leads and empowers teams across all levels (L1�L3) by identifying skill gaps, enhancing competencies, and fostering a high-performance culture through targeted coaching, mentoring, and career development initiatives.
