The Information Security Engineer supports the execution of intellectual property (IP) Protection measures within the Technology & Products Group (TPG). This role provides handson exposure to operational security activities while offering opportunities to grow skills through participation in improvement and project work. The Engineer engages with experienced team members and program leads, applying established procedures and project plans while progressively expanding technical and professional capability. The Information Security Engineer collaborates with IT, Enterprise and Infrastructure Security, and business partners to help implement, operate, and maintain technical security controls throughout their lifecycles. Through this collaboration, the Engineer builds practical understanding of how security controls protect Microns intellectual property in a complex engineering workplace. Operational request fulfillment is a primary responsibility of this role. The Information Security Engineer supports the intake, processing, validation, and documentation of securityrelated requests using defined processes and approved controls which can leverage AI. This work develops strong execution discipline, continuous improvement while reinforcing the importance of consistent, policyaligned decisions in protecting IP. The Engineer escalates exceptions or potential policy deviations appropriately, contributing to lessening risk. In addition to operational responsibilities, the Information Security Engineer spends a meaningful portion of time contributing to projectbased work.
