Manager / Senior Manager, Data Science

As a qualified candidate, you should have a Bachelors or masters degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent. Additionally, some additional informative experience in Data Science is strongly preferred. Your role will involve 5+ years of experience in management or senior-level data scientist / engineering positions, with experience in the semiconductor industry being preferred. Experience in the memory industry and/or product engineering is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: - Experience leading and managing teams including employee development, performance management, and fostering a collaborative, positive work environment. - Proven project management skills with the ability to design and coordinate projects across multiple departments globally. - Experience developing and deploying data science solutions including data engineering, application of Machine Learning algorithms, UI/UX, and ML Ops. - Proficiency in Python and/or R. - Excellent written and verbal English-language communication and presentation skills. - Ability to execute requests with strong attention to detail and time-management skills. - Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and a passion to teach others about data science while continuing to learn new techniques.
