Staff Engineer, Asic Design Hyderabad (India)

We are seeking a RTL Design Engineer with experience in storage/memory controllers (SSD, NAND, DDR) , responsible for high-performance controller design and automation-driven development. Key Responsibilities: Develop RTL for SSD/NAND/DDR controllers (data path, DMA, scheduling). Implement protocols: NVMe, PCIe, DDR, ONFI/Toggle NAND. Optimize for performance, latency, and power . Support verification, integration, and silicon debug. AI for Automation (Nice to have) Apply AI/ML techniques for: RTL design automation and code generation Failure triage and debug analysis Performance tuning and workload prediction Use scripting ( Python ) for automation and data analysis. Requirements Robust SystemVerilog/Verilog RTL design skills Experience in storage or memory controller design Knowledge of high-speed interfaces and SoC integration About Micron Technology, Inc.
