About the role
Experience: Experience required: - 7+ years Good knowledge in Manual & Automation framework using selenium Good experience of working on Selenium RC, Selenium IDE, Selenium Grid, etc. Experience in Behat/Gherkin will be added advantage. Able to implement automation test scripts. Integration with the test management tool. Must be able to take on leadership responsibilities and influence the direction of the automation effort, its schedule and prioritization. The Lead will work with management, developers, and quality assurance personnel, to meet these goals. These build tests ensure that the code drops to quality assurance are of the highest quality. Desired Candidate Profile: Should be able to lead team Should have handled US clients. Team Lead will work with Client, management, developers, and quality assurance personnel, to Meet these goals. Solid problem solving/trouble shooting skills. Should have knowledge of JIRA. Strong written and oral communication skills.
