About the role
Role & responsibilities Design and implement Pega CDH integrations, including data ingestion (data jobs, data sets, Kafka, Streams). Manage background processing: queue processors, job schedulers, file listeners, FTP/SFTP connections. Implement secure integrations using OAuth 2.0 (auth profiles, service packages, tokens). Work on NBA and real-time/batch containers, optimize Primary Schedule, data flows, concurrency, and IH. Enable real-time decisioning and event-driven orchestration using Kafka, Streams, DDS, REST, MQ/JMS. Build and consume REST APIs with error handling, transformations, authentication, and circuit breaker logic. Use advanced PRPC rules: Activities, Connectors, Case Management, Decisioning, Reporting, and Data Models. Configure CPD, context dictionaries, profile sources, audiences, real-time containers, and IH summaries. Implement RBAC/ABAC security, encryption, secrets management, and compliance controls. Optimize performance using Tracer, PAL, DB tuning, Stream/DDS compaction, PDC/AES monitoring. Maintain guardrails, quality gates, and non-functional requirements. Lead DevOps pipelines (Deployment Manager), versioning, branching, and environment cutovers. Act as CDH Tech Leader view designs, mentor team, prioritize backlog, and collaborate with crossfunctional teams. Build runbooks, manage SLAs, handle incidents, and improve real-time and batch workloads. Strong understanding of CDH concepts (NBA, IH, engagement policies) and debugging strategies. Excellent problemsolving, Agile/Scrum experience, and strong communication skills. Preferred candidate profile Education : Graduation Mandatory Experience : 5years Expertise in Pega PRPC, CDH decisioning, and enterprise integrations. CSA , CSSA , CPDC certifications are mandatory; LSA is preferred.
