Lead Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Lead Mechanical Engineer with strong expertise in New Product Development (NPD) and New Product Introduction (NPI) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement mechanical designs for new products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and minimize design changes during the development process. Conduct thorough analysis of product performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Mentor junior engineers and guide them on design principles and best practices. Participate in design reviews and contribute to the development of technical documentation. Ensure all products meet quality and reliability standards before release. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. Experience with NPD and NPI processes, including design verification and validation. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
