Power BI Report Developer (Mumbai)

As a senior report developer for the data services team, responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills to support the development and execution of the solution. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand and analyze business needs, allowing you to gather requirements and design solutions that enable data-driven decision-making within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insights to users. - Create visually appealing and informative charts, graphs, and visualizations to convey data insights effectively ensuring a user-friendly and easy to navigate design. - Create and maintain data models and data sets within Power BI, optimizing data relationships and calculations for productive reporting and analysis. - Integrate Power BI reports and dashboards with other data sources and systems, such as but not limited to databases, CRM software, and cloud platforms. - Understand and convert business requirements into technical specifications that meet or exceed users needs by assessing reporting needs; provides recommendations for enhanced solutions to match needs to Reporting tools and capabilities. - Review and analyze data insights to provide guidance to stakeholders and decision makers. - Strong verbal and written communication between data services team members and other team members is necessary. - Understand your assignments and tasks and clearly communicate any concerns or issues in a timely manner. - A level of understanding and self-management for independent tasks and the ability to work with a team .
