About the role
As an AI Application Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for designing and developing enterprise-scale, public-facing AI applications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and deploying AI applications - Implementing advanced Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures - Building and optimizing systems for token usage, response caching, and performance tuning - Developing and maintaining autonomous agent frameworks using LangGraph or similar framework - Driving innovation in embedding techniques, contextual compression, and multi-agent systems - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centric solutions - Troubleshooting technical challenges and mentoring junior developers To qualify for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications: - At least 3 to 5 years of overall software development experience - Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in autonomous agent development using the LangGraph framework or similar - 2-3 years of experience developing production-grade LLM applications Must-Have Skills: - Production-Grade LLM Development - Autonomous Agent Development - Advanced RAG Architectures - Prompt Engineering and Vector Search Optimization - Performance Tuning and Token Optimization Nice-to-Have Skills: - Scalable Architectures - NoSQL Databases - API-Driven Development - CI/CD Pipelines and Agile Methodologies - Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills About the company: Milestone is a leading provider of digital marketing software and services for location-based businesses with over 20 years of industry experience.
