Experience: 89 years Certification: Salesforce Certified (mandatory) Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Lead with strong expertise in Agentforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Exposure to other Salesforce Clouds will be considered a plus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Salesforce initiatives, architecting solutions, and guiding teams to deliver scalable and efficient CRM implementations. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Agentforce). Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices. Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators. Ensure integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems. Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements. Drive adoption and provide training/support to end-users. Stay updated with Salesforce releases and leverage recent features for business benefit. Required Skills & Qualifications 89 years of overall IT experience with at least 6+ years in Salesforce. Strong hands-on expertise in Agentforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Exposure to additional Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Marketing, Commerce, Health) is a plus. Salesforce Certification(s) required (Administrator, Developer, Architect, or Consultant). Proven experience in solution design, architecture, and leading Salesforce projects. Strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
