Salesforce - Senior Engineer

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Community Cloud), and Salesforce platform development. Experience with Salesforce Agentforce is a strong advantage. The candidate should possess excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. Strong experience in system integrations is mandatory, while data migration experience is desirable. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, customize, and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Develop and maintain custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs. Gather and analyze business requirements, providing scalable and efficient technical solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, and cross-functional teams. Participate in client discussions, solution workshops, estimations, and technical design reviews. Design and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration platforms. Develop reusable components, technical documentation, and deployment strategies. Support system enhancements, bug fixes, performance optimization, and release management activities. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines. Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases and emerging technologies, including Agentforce and AI capabilities. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 4+ years of Salesforce development experience. Strong hands-on experience with: Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) Expertise in: Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Lightning Aura Components Visualforce Salesforce Flows and Process Automation SOQL/SOSL Salesforce Security Model Strong experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware platforms. Experience with Salesforce deployment and release management tools (Git, Copado, Gearset, DevOps Center, etc.). Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and platform capabilities. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience handling client interactions, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management. Good to Have Experience with Salesforce Agentforce and AI-powered Salesforce capabilities. Experience in Salesforce Data Migration using Data Loader, ETL tools, or migration frameworks. Experience with Marketing Cloud or other Salesforce ecosystem products. Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Salesforce Administrator Sales Cloud Consultant Service Cloud Consultant Agentforce-related certifications (if applicable) Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer-centric mindset and consultative approach.
