OSS Support

Job Description Job Summary Responsible for providing operational and technical support for OSS (Operations Support Systems) used in telecom or IT infrastructure.Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues to ensure high availability and performance.Collaborate with network, development, and business teams to maintain and enhance OSS applications.Participate in system upgrades, patches, and process improvements to optimize OSS operations. Key Responsibilities Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for OSS applications, including fault, performance, and configuration management systems.Monitor system alerts, logs, and KPIs to proactively identify potential issues.Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and problems in OSS applications.Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for root cause analysis and resolution of complex issues.Support OSS system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.Maintain and update operational documentation, runbooks, and support procedures.Participate in process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance OSS efficiency.Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, SLAs, and change management policies.Train and mentor junior team members on OSS operations and troubleshooting techniques. Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Telecommunication, Information Technology, or related field.Relevant certifications in network management, OSS/BSS, or ITIL are a plus. .
