Qa Engineer

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer with 5-6 years of experience in Manual Testing and at least 1-2 years of hands-on Automation Testing experience. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in designing and executing test cases, and the ability to ensure high-quality software delivery in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Analyze business and functional requirements to create comprehensive test plans and test cases. Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing. Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts. Execute automated test suites and analyze test results. Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using defect management tools. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to resolve issues. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Prepare test reports and provide regular quality updates to stakeholders. Continuously improve QA processes and automation coverage. Required Skills 56 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance. Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing. Strong experience in Manual Testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC. Experience with automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or Playwright. Good knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools. Experience with defect tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git is preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. ISTQB Certification is an added advantage. Employment Type Part-Time Flexible working hours Immediate joiners are preferred.
