ServiceNow ITSM / VR – Senior Developer Location: Remote (Laptop collection from Bangalore / Mumbai / Chennai) Experience: 6+ Years (Minimum 1 year of Vulnerability Response experience is mandatory) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Key Skills: ServiceNow ITSM Vulnerability Response (VR) / SecOps JavaScript & Glide APIs Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies Flow Designer / Workflows REST/SOAP Integrations CMDB Performance Analytics Service Catalog Responsibilities: Develop and support ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change & Request Management). Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows. Implement and manage Vulnerability Response (VR) solutions. Build integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Create dashboards, reports, and support BAU enhancements. Ensure SLA compliance and participate in release and governance activities. Mandatory Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) CIS – ITSM or CIS – Security Operations
