Production Engineer (For Client Company)

Looking for a skilled Production Engineer with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and excellent problem-solving skills. Roles and Responsibility Efficiently handle manpower and monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Maintain accurate material stock levels and ensure timely replenishment. Implement and maintain SAP, IATF, 5S, Kanban, Kaizen, and PFMEA systems. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a related field. Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
