About the role
You will own the translation of business needs into detailed technical specifications. ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for the development team.Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities.Develop use cases, workflow diagrams, and data models to support project requirements.Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Required SkillsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.Proficiency in Agile methodologies.Experience with Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).Familiarity with SQL.Experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau and Power BI.Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Proven ability in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.Understanding of API integrations and web technologies.
