He needs to have current hands on programming experience and can lead a team . He would be coding actively , so must be very proficient with Java coding and architecture . Strong Java / J2EE skills and a good understanding of databases Very good in Core Java – specifically Collections , Multithreading , Design Patterns , OOPS concepts Good understanding on Data Structures & Memory management Ability to work in a fast paced , agile & highly dynamic environment Test Driven Development mindset Good to have - Comfortable working on Linux systems & good hold on Unix commands Must have hands-on Java experience Knowledge on Spring , Hibernate , EJB is a plus Key Skills: Java Technologies , J2EE,SPRING,HIBERNATE
