Freelance Data Science Engineer

As a Data Science AI Trainer at Mindrift, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on projects aimed at enhancing GenAI models' capabilities to address specialized questions and achieve complex reasoning skills. Your role will involve designing original computational data science problems across various industries, creating Python programming problems, ensuring computational intensity, developing non-trivial reasoning chains, and basing problems on real business challenges. You will also design end-to-end problems, incorporate big data processing scenarios, verify solutions using Python, and document problem statements clearly with realistic business contexts. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Master's or PhD Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field, have at least 5 years of hands-on data science experience with proven business impact, and be proficient in Python programming for data science. Additionally, you should be an expert in statistical analysis, machine learning, and have a deep understanding of algorithms, methods, and their practical applications. Experience with GenAI technologies, MLOps practices, modern frameworks, and proficiency in SQL and database operations are also required. Your English proficiency should be advanced (C1) or above, and you should be ready to learn new methods, switch between tasks quickly, and work with complex guidelines.
