About the role
As a data analyst at Kael, you will play a crucial role in the growth of the company by leveraging your skills in a performance marketing context. You are the one who thrives in spreadsheets and dashboards, not just to report numbers but to make informed decisions that drive real ad campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Own the data layer for Kael's growth by building and maintaining dashboards that track funnel metrics such as installs, trials, conversions, churn, LTV, and ROAS. - Analyze Meta ad performance daily, focusing on CTR, CPM, CPA, and Thumb-Stop Ratio to identify patterns and provide optimization recommendations. - Extract and query production data from Supabase to gain insights into user behavior, drop-off points, and conversion signals. - Translate data findings into actionable campaign decisions, including scaling creatives, adjusting audiences, and addressing funnel leakages. - Design and analyze A/B tests across ad creative, audiences, and copy to optimize campaign performance. - Create clear and concise reports that effectively communicate the current status and reasons behind it. - Conduct research on competitor positioning and benchmark Kael's metrics against industry standards. Qualifications Required: - Strong foundation in data analysis with proficiency in SQL; familiarity with Supabase/Postgres is preferred. - Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and basic modeling. - Analytical thinker who connects data to decisions and not just to presentations. - Some exposure to Meta Ads or digital marketing metrics is beneficial, but willingness to learn the ad side if data skills are strong. - Ability to work independently, act swiftly, and communicate findings effectively. - Bonus points for experience with mobile app analytics tools like Appsflyer, App Store Connect, and RevenueCat. At Kael, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of tools including Supabase, Meta Ads Manager, Appsflyer, App Store Connect, RevenueCat, and OneSignal. If selected, you can expect a stipend of up to 30,000/month, direct mentorship from the founder, real ownership of your analysis impacting live ad spend and product decisions, a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance, and a front-row seat to contribute to the growth of a consumer AI product from its early stage. To apply, please send your resume along with a brief description (2-3 lines) of a data problem you have successfully solved in any context to nareshkini@scaleswift.com.
