Designation: AI Solution Architect

Job Description: · Design and implement AI-driven solutions that integrate machine learning, NLP, and other AI technologies. · Lead the architecture and deployment of AI models in production environments. · Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to identify AI use cases and opportunities. · Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of AI solutions across the organization. · Develop and maintain AI governance frameworks, including ethical considerations and bias mitigation. · Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and integrate cutting-edge technologies into solutions. · Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the AI and data science teams. · Present AI solutions and strategies to executive leadership and key stakeholders. Profile Description: · Experience: 12-15 years in software architecture and AI solutions, with deep experience in machine learning and data science. · Skills: Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), and programming languages (Python, R). · Qualifications: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field. · Competencies: Strategic thinking with strong leadership skills to guide AI initiatives across the enterprise. · Certifications: AI/ML specialization or certification from recognized institutions. · Knowledge: Extensive experience in deploying AI solutions at scale, with a focus on MLOps practices.

· Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
