Role Purpose

As an SAP Security Engineer at Twinings, you will support day-to-day SAP Security operations, focusing on user access management, role maintenance, audit readiness, and basic SOD analysis. You will contribute to our AI-first transformation, bringing fresh thinking to improve operational workflows and security controls Scope: Based in India; may require occasional travel. Reporting to: SAP Security Lead

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Execute user access provisioning and de-provisioning across SAP S/4HANA, BTP, Ariba, SAC, and IAS. •Assist with role changes and documentation using Twinings’ templates. •Support audit activities with data extraction and control evidence. •Perform basic SOD checks and escalate conflicts for resolution. •Participate in periodic access reviews and housekeeping tasks. •Help maintain security monitoring dashboards and reports. •Contribute to AI-first initiatives by identifying automation opportunities.

Skills Required

• •Strong SAP Security experience, preferably with GRC exposure. •Working knowledge of SAP BTP, Ariba, SAC, IAS user management. •Familiarity with role design principles and basic audit controls. •Understanding of SOD concepts and risk awareness. •Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving security technologies. •Clear communicator and collaborator.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED •Experience supporting SAP Security operations and audits. •Exposure to SOD analysis and remediation. •Participation in AI and automation projects is a plus.
