SAP BPC/EPM

Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Associate Director – SAP BPC/EPM Solution Architecture to lead enterprise performance management transformations. This role will drive architecture, design, and delivery of SAP BPC/EPM solutions, aligning finance and business objectives with scalable, future-ready technology frameworks. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SAP BPC, strong financial planning and consolidation knowledge, and a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs. Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Strategy Define end-to-end architecture for SAP BPC/EPM implementations and transformations Lead solution design across planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting Provide strategic direction for EPM roadmap aligned with business goals Evaluate and integrate SAP EPM tools (SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud, S/4HANA Finance) Program Leadership Lead large-scale, global SAP EPM programs as a solution architect or program leader Manage cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical architects, and business stakeholders Drive governance, solution quality, and delivery excellence Stakeholder Management Partner with CFOs, finance leaders, and IT executives to define transformation vision Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal leadership Technical & Functional Expertise Architect SAP BPC (Standard/Embedded) solutions on NetWeaver and/or S/4HANA platforms Design integrations with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, and third-party systems Ensure best practices in data modeling, business rules, script logic, and performance optimization Oversee migration strategies (e.g., BPC to SAP Analytics Cloud) Innovation & Continuous Improvement Stay current with SAP EPM innovations and industry trends Drive automation, advanced analytics, and digital finance initiatives Promote reusable assets, accelerators, and frameworks Required Qualifications 15+ years of experience in SAP, with significant focus on SAP BPC/EPM Proven experience as a Solution Architect in multiple end-to-end SAP EPM implementations Strong expertise in: SAP BPC (NetWeaver and/or Embedded) Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Financial Consolidation Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP BW/BW4HANA Strong understanding of finance processes (planning, budgeting, forecasting, close & consolidation) Demonstrated leadership in managing large global programs Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning and reporting Exposure to Group Reporting and modern EPM tools SAP certifications in BPC, SAC, or S/4HANA Finance Experience in cloud transformations and hybrid architectures Knowledge of Onestream Business Planning & Consolidation tool.
