Technical Support Engineer

About the job Key Responsibilities: 1. Diagnose, repair, and maintain desktop PCs, laptops, and All-in-One systems, delivering end-to-end hardware repairs and OS/software support. 2. Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, print servers, projectors, and video conferencing (VC) equipment for seamless daily operations. 3. Handle server hardware replacement, OS installation, deployment, and ongoing administration for physical and virtual server environments. 4. Administer and support Active Directory (AD), DHCP, DNS, and mail protocols (IMAP/POP) to ensure user access and network connectivity. 5. Provide basic maintenance, monitoring, and operational support for in-house CCTV systems. 6. Manage routine data backups, monitor backup consoles, and assist with data recovery procedures when required. Skill(s) required Network Configuration Troubleshooting Earn certifications in these skills Learn VLSI Learn AI in Data Science Learn Embedded Systems Learn Web Development Learn Vibe Coding Learn Git & Github Other requirements Technically Sound Desktop, Laptop, All in One Hardware & Software Support.
