About the role

As a Construction Planning & Execution professional, your role involves planning and executing day-to-day construction activities in alignment with the project schedule. It is crucial to ensure proper construction sequencing and effective site logistics management to monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of work. Your responsibilities include coordinating execution activities such as RCC, piling, block-work, plastering, finishing, and other civil works. Key Responsibilities: - Study GFC (Good for Construction) drawings thoroughly before execution to identify any discrepancies and raise RFIs where required. - Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams at the site while monitoring labor deployment against planned manpower requirements. - Inspect reinforcement, shuttering/form-work, and concreting activities before execution to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety guidelines. - Prepare material indents, monitor material consumption, and carry out reconciliation of steel, cement, RMC, and other construction materials. - Verify measurements, prepare BBS (Bar Bending Schedule), and maintain daily site records, registers, and checklists. - Attend project review meetings, provide progress updates, and handle any other construction or site-related responsibilities assigned by reporting managers or project heads. Qualification Required: - Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering Preferred Candidate Profile: - Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site execution practices - Good communication and coordination skills - Ability to manage multiple site activities simultaneously - Problem-solving attitude with focus on quality and timelines Required Skills: - AutoCAD - MSP (Microsoft Project) - Site Execution & Planning - Billing & Quantity Estimation - Quality & Safety Monitoring - Coordination & Reporting Skills The company offers the benefit of a long-term association with a 160-meter tall building.
