About the role
Role Overview: As an Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for leveraging your analytical skills to enhance our data intelligence capabilities in loyalty and traceability programs. Your primary focus will be on transforming complex data into valuable insights that drive user engagement, campaign effectiveness, fraud detection, and product movement intelligence. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Business Analytics & Insights: Analyze program-level and company-wide data to identify user behavior patterns, engagement drivers, churn factors, and product movement trends. Provide actionable recommendations beyond traditional dashboards. - Develop Dashboarding & Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI or Looker Studio. Customize views for various stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, and Leadership teams as well as internal teams like Customer Success and Operations. - Implement Advanced Analytics Use Cases: Utilize advanced analytics to perform tasks such as user segmentation, campaign ROI analysis, coupon behavior analysis, geo-based and product-based performance insights. Drive predictive and data science initiatives to address business challenges. - Translate Business Problems into Analytical Models: Develop churn prediction models, fraud detection logic, and demand forecasting models. Collaborate with the tech team to ensure data quality and structured pipelines. - Provide Client-facing Insights: Deliver insights to clients in a clear and business-friendly manner to enhance the value of analytics offerings. Qualification Required: - Core Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau, advanced Excel or Google Sheets, Python (pandas, basic machine learning concepts), experience with Google BigQuery or similar platforms, and understanding of basic statistics. - Thinking Skills: Strong structured problem-solving abilities, capability to derive business outcomes from data, and a curious and ownership mindset. - Experience: 36 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence with a background in loyalty programs/customer engagement, FMCG/dealer networks, SaaS/platform businesses, or supply chain/distribution analytics.
