QE - Manager/Architect

As the QE Manager at Innovapptive, you will play a crucial role in leading the Quality Engineering team to build a robust, scalable, and automation-first quality framework. Your responsibilities will include defining and implementing the QE vision, ensuring high product quality, faster releases, and scalable testing infrastructure across mobile, web, and cloud environments. Key Responsibilities: - Develop an end-to-end Quality Engineering strategy across the SDLC - Build QE frameworks and tooling for scalability and maintainability - Define performance testing strategy for high-scale SaaS environments - Implement security testing practices integrated into the development lifecycle - Set up CI/CD-integrated automation pipelines - Establish quality metrics, defect tracking, and release readiness processes - Lead team building, mentoring, and scaling of the QE organization Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of experience in QA/QE roles within SaaS or product-based companies - Strong expertise in Mobile QA (Android/iOS), Web, and API testing - Deep experience with AWS/cloud-based testing environments - Proven track record in building scalable automation frameworks - Hands-on experience with API Automation (Node.js), Frontend Automation (Angular, React.js, Express.js), Selenium, Appium, JMeter, and CI/CD-based testing pipelines - Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and leadership experience managing teams Innovapptive, an enterprise SaaS company, is dedicated to building an AI-powered Connected Worker Platform for industrial organizations.
