UI/UX Designer

You will be responsible for designing user experiences across a platform catering to both enterprise users and consumers. This role entails strong consideration for usability, workflows, and simplifying intricate systems into user-friendly interfaces. - Design end-to-end user experiences for web applications - Create intuitive flows for complex, data-driven processes - Develop and maintain a scalable design system - Produce high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications - Collaborate with product and engineering teams for design implementation - Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all interfaces - Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance the product experience Qualifications Required: - 35 years of experience in product design, preferably in B2B or consumer applications - Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing complex workflows and system design - Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma or equivalent - Thorough understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability - Ability to translate business requirements into user-centric designs Nice to Have: - Experience in fintech, lending, or enterprise SaaS - Familiarity with design systems and component-based design - Experience in designing AI-assisted or conversational interfaces Please note: The company MIRA Labs is building an AI-powered platform to modernize mortgage operations, enabling automation of workflows and improving decision-making for lenders, brokers, and borrowers.
