About the role
Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate. - Provide ongoing production support for existing automations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance optimization. - Collaborate with teams and deliver scalable automation solutions. - Identify and recommend automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes. - Bring industry best practices, innovation, and automation expertise to strengthen the existing RPA team. - Manage automation deployments, enhancements, and lifecycle activities. - Support and administer UiPath Orchestrator , including scheduling, monitoring, asset management, queue management, and release deployments. - Participate in automation architecture discussions and solution design reviews. - Mentor team members and share knowledge on automation best practices and emerging technologies. - Contribute to the design and delivery of AI-powered and Agentic AI automation solutions. Required Qualifications and Expereince - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field. - 9+ years of overall IT experience. - Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience developing, delivering, and supporting RPA bots in production environments. - Strong hands-on experience with UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate. - Certification in UiPath or Microsoft Power Platform (either certification is acceptable). - Experience designing and implementing Agentic AI solutions and AI-driven automations. - Strong knowledge of Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) , OCR, Document Understanding, and AI-based extraction technologies. - Experience managing and supporting UiPath Orchestrator , including deployment, monitoring, scheduling, troubleshooting, assets, queues, and release management. - Experience delivering end-to-end automation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and post-production support. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to function as a highly independent individual contributor while working effectively within a team environment. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure and/or AWS . - Knowledge of automation governance, architecture, security, and operational best practices. - Experience working in large enterprise environments supporting multiple business units and automation portfolios. - Familiarity with process assessment, process improvement, and automation prospect identification.
