MEP Manager

MEP Manager Qualification B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory) Experience 5 to 10 years of experience in high rise real estate / residential / commercial construction projects . Key Responsibilities 1. Engineering Drawings & Technical Review Interpretation of Electrical drawings including SLD, HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets and distribution systems . (Mandatory) Review of MEPF drawings including PHE, HVAC, Fire Protection and Fire Detection systems . Identification and resolution of design discrepancies and coordination issues prior to execution . 2. Quantity Surveying & BOQ Quantity take-offs, material estimation and preparation of BOQ item description for Electrical trade. (Mandatory) Quantity take-offs, material estimation and preparation of BOQ item description for Electrical trade for PHE, HVAC, Fire Protection and Fire Detection system trades. Verification of measurement sheets, work done for contractor RA bills . 3. Planning & Execution Planning and monitoring MEPF installation activities in alignment with project schedules. Ensuring execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality and safety standards . 4. Coordination Coordination with consultants, contractors and internal civil/project teams for smooth execution of MEPF works. 5. Contractor & Vendor Management Review of shop drawings, material submittals and method statements . Monitoring contractor progress and ensuring timely procurement of MEPF materials . 6. Documentation & Compliance Maintaining project documentation and ensuring compliance with NBC, fire safety norms and electrical standards . 7. Testing & Handover Supervision of testing, commissioning and preparation of as-built drawings for project handover.
