As Chief Technology & Product Officer at Miror, you will be responsible for both the engineering and product functions. Your role is crucial in deepening the digital platform and scaling the experience to reach millions more women. You will be the key person who harmonizes the technical architecture and product vision, ensuring they are closely aligned and successfully implemented. Your focus will be on setting the technical direction, driving the product roadmap for the app and digital platform, and building a high-performing team. It is essential to maintain the trust of women who rely on us for their sensitive and personal health journeys. Key Responsibilities: - Own the full product lifecycle spanning across the app, community, teleconsultation/appointments, HRT programs, commerce (shop and supplements), and rewards - Take charge of the technical architecture of the Miror app and digital platform - Lead engineering execution by ensuring quality, velocity, reliability, and security - Manage data architecture with a strong emphasis on privacy and protection of sensitive health data - Demonstrate expertise in femtech or digital health, understanding women's health, the significance of sensitive data, and gaining and retaining user trust in this domain - Showcase a track record of owning both product and engineering functions at a senior level (VP+ or prior CTO/CPO/CTPO) - Possess a solid background in software and app development, with experience in handling sensitive health data and relevant regulations like India's DPDP Act, HIPAA/GDPR, and knowledge of telemedicine and digital-health regulatory considerations - Demonstrate the ability to recruit, nurture, and retain top product and engineering talent - Have experience in scaling a consumer health or community-driven product post-PMF without external funding - Experience with teleconsultation, e-commerce/D2C, or marketplace-style products - Proficiency in Python backend and Flutter app development or a clear roadmap for evolving these technologies - Manage real revenue, real users, and a community of 75,000+ women who have already placed their trust in Miror Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in femtech or digital health industry - Proven track record of successfully leading both product and engineering functions at a senior level - Strong background in software and app development, especially handling sensitive health data and regulatory compliance - Ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent in the product and engineering domains - Experience in scaling consumer health or community-driven products without external funding - Proficiency in Python backend and Flutter app development or a readiness to adapt to these technologies Please note that Miror is building India's largest care network for women, supporting them through various life stages, and your role is instrumental in driving this mission forward.
