About the role
Ensure infrastructure operations (2nd and 3rd level support) in compliance with customer specific SLAs. Identify, assess, and implement solutions to infrastructure and SD-WAN related incidents and proactively make recommendations to mitigate similar issues in future. Design and implement zero trust network solutions, develop, document and review of SD-WAN solutions, such as network architecture diagrams, network solution diagrams, high level, and low-level engineering design documents. Implement or migrate the existing infrastructure to SD-WAN solutions and coordinate required tasks. Lead problem management as technical escalation point, performing analysis and recommendations for infrastructures. Plan changes to SD-WAN architectures, identify and mitigate risks during implementation. Actively contributing to the technological and procedural development of the mispa Network and Security Operations Center Services. As part of global Network and Security Operations Center team, ensure seamless operations of client infrastructure, manage complex global enterprise-wide area networking, multi-protocol network transport techniques, LAN switches and Layer 4-7 content switching, expand, enhance, and evolve the routed backbone, data center switching and Internet gateway infrastructure to effectively meet all specific business requirements. Internal support as Expert for Operations Team in case of complex IT-Security problems within the customer environment. Your Profile Extensive work experience as Senior System Network | Security Engineer and with network, security technologies and with system, and management monitoring tools Hands on Experience with any one of the below SD-WAN/ZTNA technologies as Mandatory Cisco Viptela / Zscaler/ Fortinet / Cato Networks / SilverPeak and manage a multi-vendor WAN/SD-WAN multi-protocol routing, including but not limited to NHRP,EIGRP, BPG4 and OSPF. Thorough understanding of the latest SD-WAN principles, techniques, and protocols, furthermore advanced level troubleshooting skills on systems and with diverse Tools. Extensive experience in Windows, UNIX and Linux operating systems; Scripting and shell languages. Very good experience with security and IPS technologies as well as their integration and optimization. Meanwhile extensive experience with automation of tool-based operations in Security Operations Center is an advantage. As part of Managed Service team, ready for 24/7 shift operation. Minimum 8 years of work experience with network, security technologies and bachelors degree in Technology or in Computer Science. Additionally, you should have Professional Level and/or expert level certification (CCNP/CCIE). Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure, independent, structured, reliable way of working and hands-on mentality. Quick perception, creativity, structured approach and pleasure in solving complex challenges, willingness for upgrading skills and very good communication skill both written and oral.
