About the role
Due to the nature of our work, US Citizenship is required for all positions. Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field or equivalent computer-related experience with at least 8 years of relevant, progressively responsible experience. Minimum of 10-12 years of dedicated experience as an Oracle APEX Developer, with at least 3-4 years specifically with Cloud ADBs preferred. Proven experience integrating APEX applications with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/HCM using standard APIs and web services. Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing integrations using REST web services (both consuming external services and providing services from APEX). Experience working in a hybrid environment connecting custom applications to enterprise SaaS platforms. Hands-on experience implementing and managing Single Sign-On (SSO) and security configurations within OCI IAM and Oracle Fusion environments. REST Web Services & Integration: Expertise using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware platforms to orchestrate complex data flows, leverage Fusion APIs, and manage connections securely. Oracle APEX Mastery: Expert knowledge of APEX features, including Interactive Grids/Reports, Forms, Pages, authentication, authorization, and themes. Integration Expertise: Strong understanding of integration protocols (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON). Experience with OIC is a significant advantage. Database Proficiency: Expert in SQL and PL/SQL for building application logic and data management. Web Technologies: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development and customization within APEX. Relevant Oracle certifications are highly valued, such as Oracle APEX Cloud Developer Professional. The primary work location will be at the Losee Road Facility in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Work schedule will be 4/10s Monday through Thursday (subject to change). Pre-placement physical examination, which includes a drug screen, is required. Ability to obtain a HSPD-12 Personal Identity Verification credential under the Department of Energy Order 206.2, ‘ Identity, Credential, and Access Management ,’ and Supplemental Directive NNSA SD 206.2, ‘ Implementation of Personal Identity Verification for Uncleared Contractors .’ MSTS is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Starting salary is determined based on the position market value, the individual candidate education and experience and internal equity.
