Production Engineer - Module Lead

Lead and Manage cross-functional teams to deliver on Project objectivise and milestones. Monitor Project progress against established project timelines. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast paced environment. Demonstrate problem solving and decision making abilities. Manage project budget, resources and timelines to meet project objectives and customer expectations. Good knowledge in electronic components/systems. Monitor the entire production cycle and perform testing. Experience in Hardware testing methodologies. Hands-on experience with debugging/troubleshooting. Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes. In-depth understanding of technical documentation, Prepare Acceptance test plan & test reports. Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities with a good handle on electronic fundamentals. Capable of applying knowledge to identify hardware issues and propose solutions. Capable in understanding PCB schematics and layout files. Set and track testing goals. Coordinate with external suppliers/vendors. Good Experience in PCB assembly, Knowledge in Environmental tests. Self-driven, ability to work independently and team contributor. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
