The Master and Reference Data Specialist will report to the Master and Reference Data Lead, under the Chief Data Officer and will lead the implementation of the Master and Reference Data standards across Mizuho Americas. This role will be accountable partaking and assisting in development of the master and reference data strategy, with a special emphasis on mastering customer referential data first, and execution to meet the policy requirements. The candidate will be playing an essential role as part of Master and Reference Data resources as well as provide governance and oversight by working closely with business units and functions data stakeholders, including the Stewardship function through a federated model. The role requires the candidate to act as an influential thought contributor bringing in external perspectives on the execution to drive adoption. The role will develop and maintain enterprise master and reference data products and facilitate their consumption across the enterprise.
