RPA - Business Analyst

In project management applications and softwares such as JIRA, Service Now, Confluence, version Control tools, etc.Must have excellent hands-on MS Project, MS Visio and MS Office SuiteDeep understanding of technologyBRD, PDD, User Manual- Process DocumentationRequirement gathering, UAT, Experience in test creationDesign, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath.Maintain existing automation scripts and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Ensure adherence to best practices in RPA development, documentation, and deployment.Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.Provide production support and resolve incidents related to RPA bots. Qualifications Strong educational background with BE/BTech, BSc IT or Computer Science, Post Graduates with technical degrees will be preferred.
