The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and custom applications, along with handson experience in REST/SOAP integrations, scripting, and workflow automation. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations - Implement and manage REST and SOAP integrations with external systems (e.G., CMDB, HR, AD, monitoring tools) - Customize ServiceNow forms, workflows, client/server scripts, UI policies, and business rules - Develop integration solutions using IntegrationHub, MID Servers, web services, and custom APIs - Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (security, infrastructure, operations) to gather requirements and deliver solutions - Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, system design, and security compliance - Participate in ServiceNow platform upgrades, patching, and release management - Document solutions, including SOPs and technical design documents - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers Required Skills & Qualifications:710 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration - Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with thirdparty tools and systems - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting - Handson experience with IntegrationHub, MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs - Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, or HRSD - Deep understanding of the ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and platform architecture - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments - Experience with CMDB integrations (e.G., SCCM, SolarWinds, Qualys, or similar tools) - Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD for ServiceNow - Exposure to ServiceNow App Engine and Scoped Applications - Knowledge of ServiceNow Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) - Strong stakeholder engagement and requirementgathering skills - Ability to work independently and in a teamoriented environment Address: Mizuho Global Services India Private Limited, 16th Floor, Tower B, Brigade World Trade Centre, No.142, Rajiv Gandhi Salai, Chennai - 600096, Tamil Nadu, India.
